Please share: I found this dog in bay ridge, brooklyn on 86th between 3rd and 4th. Seen wearing a red harnest. Please share to see if we can find the owners!! Currently dog is being held at Sean Casey Animal Rescue located at 153 E 3rd St Brooklyn, NY 11218 for 3 days (May 8th) and then will be put up for adoption!!
